Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Business Manager and Director Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with aggressive execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, building strong client and partner relationships, and leading end-to-end business development and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation Drive revenue growth through direct sales and business development activities. Actively make cold and warm sales calls, and convert leads into high-value closures. Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments. Marketing Campaigns Conceptualize, execute, and manage high-impact marketing and promotional campaigns (offline & online). Collaborate with the marketing team to align branding, content, and campaigns with business goals. Client Relationship Management Handle end-to-end client engagement including meetings, presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Ensure seamless post-sale coordination for client satisfaction and retention. Channel Development & Management Identify, onboard, and manage a network of channel partners, sales associates, and affiliates. Provide training, tools, and regular engagement to enhance partner productivity. Monitor partner performance and create incentive structures to drive results. Operational Oversight Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of deals and projects. Monitor sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting to leadership. Maintain accurate records of all client and partner interactions via CRM tools. Strategic Development Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine growth plans. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
