Position Summary:

We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Delhi Branch who is experienced in sales, marketing, and educational outreach. The role involves lead generation, field visits, college seminars, and direct counselling.

Note: Only male candidates are eligible due to travel-related job requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive monthly and annual sales and admission targets.

Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrolment.

Generate leads through college visits, seminars, and career fairs.

Conduct on-campus seminars, workshops, and promotional events.

Build strong relationships with educational institutions and placement cells.

Handle high-value walk-ins and provide one-on-one counselling to students and parents.

Manage and mentor the centre’s sales and counselling team.

Ensure disciplined follow-up, reporting, and CRM management.

Collaborate with the marketing team for event planning and branding.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

2–5 years of experience in B2C sales or education marketing.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with educational counselling, seminar execution, and lead closure.

Must be comfortable with local travel across Delhi NCR.
