Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Manager to lead our SEO strategy and team in Rajouri Garden, Delhi. If you are passionate about search engine optimization, digital growth, and team leadership — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.
• Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog structure for maximum visibility.
• Oversee on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, including backlink strategy.
• Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives and interns.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Hands-on experience with website analytics, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and HTML/CSS basics.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver results under deadlines.
