Are you a dynamic leader with a knack for sales and a passion for guiding students toward successful careers Skytech Aviation is looking for a Counselling Sales Manager to lead our counselling and admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of counsellors to ensure smooth daily operations

Guide students and parents on course offerings, fee structures, and career opportunities

Drive conversions from inquiry to admission with strategic follow-ups

Set and track performance goals – daily, weekly, and monthly

Handle walk-ins, inbound/outbound calls, and lead follow-ups using CRM

Provide training and motivation to enhance team performance

Work closely with the marketing team to boost lead quality and conversion

Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions

Submit regular performance reports to management

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales, counselling, and team leadership capabilities

Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools

Bachelor’s degree (Business/Education-related fields preferred)

1–4 years’ experience in counselling/sales/admissions (aviation/education/edtech background preferred)

Prior team management experience is an advantage

Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive performance incentives
