Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with design engineers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and drawings using Creo software. Conduct design analyses and simulations to validate product performance and ensure compliance with engineering standards. Assist in the development and improvement of design processes, workflows, and best practices. Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including design specifications and engineering change orders. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure design feasibility and optimize product manufacturability. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in design engineering techniques and software. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Proficiency in Creo software (Pro/ENGINEER) is essential. Solid understanding of engineering principles, design standards, and manufacturing processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is preferred. Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and practices is a plus.
