Headquartered in Hyderabad, India, the company is a leading provider of EPC Services, Solar Power Plants, Solar Rooftop Systems, Solar Water Pumps, and Solar Street Lights across six states in India. Junna Solar is committed to driving clean energy solutions and sustainable development through innovative solar technologies.


Key Responsibilities:


1) Business Development & Sales:


  • Drive business growth by sourcing and closing value added solar projects.
  • Identify, approach, and convert customers planning solar solutions for factories, industrial units, production facilities, warehouses, and unused/open lands.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks generate qualified leads and build a strong sale pipeline for given targets to achieve.
  • Handle end to end business development activities from lead generation to deal closure.


2) Client Engagement & Internal Coordination:


  • Understand customer energy requirements and propose customized solar solutions (rooftop, ground mounted, captive, and utility scale projects).
  • Conduct site visits and technical discussions with client and execution team.
  • Support contract discussions and documentation finalization.
  • Prepare proposals, techno commercial offers, and project estimates aligned with client needs.
  • Coordinate with financers and execution teams for project completion.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to execution teams for timely delivery.


3) Market & Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain long term relationships with industrialists, landowners, developers, consultants, and key decision makers.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the solar and renewable energy sector.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and business forums.
  • Must be willing to travel Pan India extensively to meet clients, assess project sites, and support business development activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred)
  • Min 1-4 yrs exp in business development/sales in solar renewable energy industry
  • Proven experience in acquiring industrial, commercial, and land based solar projects
  • Strong network with industrial clients, landowners, and EPC ecosystem partners
  • Good understanding of solar EPC projects, commercial models, and project feasibility
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self driven, target oriented, and able to work independently
