This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the technology sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base in the IT sectorIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and stakeholdersConduct client presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals and secure long-term partnershipsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfactionStay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectivelyPrepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for leadership reviewRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT industryDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goalsStrong understanding of IT services, solutions, and market dynamicsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapport and establish trusted relationships with clients at all levelsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
