Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in IT services sales, and proven experience handling both Domestic and International clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for new business opportunities
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to drive proposals and closures
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction
Track market trends and competitor activities
Represent the company in industry events and conferences
Lead and mentor the Inside Sales team to meet targets
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Business or any relevant field
5+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales / Business Development
Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a good team player
Comfortable working across Domestic & International markets
