Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and generate leads for new business opportunities
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive proposals and closures
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction
  • Track market trends and competitor activities
  • Represent the company in industry events and conferences
  • Lead and mentor the Inside Sales team to meet targets

Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Graduate in Business or any relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales / Business Development
  • Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a good team player
  • Comfortable working across Domestic & International markets.
