Key Responsibilities

🔹Research & Prospecting

Identify potential B2B clients in international markets

Segment leads based on geography, industry, and potential need

Track trends and competitor movements to guide outreach strategy


🔹Outreach & Engagement

Connect with leads via email, LinkedIn, and direct calls

Craft personalized outreach messages and secure discovery calls

Build rapport with decision-makers across geographies


🔹Client Discovery & Requirement Gathering

Conduct consultations to understand business challenges

Document detailed requirements for internal analysis

Identify opportunities for automation or custom software


🔹Internal Coordination & Solution Planning

Share client requirements with the technical team

Collaborate on building solution proposals, timelines, and estimates

Ensure alignment between client needs and what is technically feasible


🔹Proposal Presentation & Deal Closure

Present proposals and walk clients through the solution

Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts

Build long-term trust through value-driven conversations


🔹Handover & Internal Alignment

Ensure a smooth transition of closed deals to the delivery/project team

Share all documentation, commitments, and communication context

Support the project kick-off process as needed

Check on progress of projects delivery with client and team.


🔹 Post-Sales Relationship & Upselling

Maintain ongoing communication with clients post-closure

Gather feedback and identify future business opportunities

Encourage referrals and long-term partnerships


🔹Reporting & Documentation

Keep lead pipelines, follow-ups, and client notes updated

Share weekly progress reports with leadership

Continuously improve based on feedback and results
