Business Development Manager - Staffing Sales

Hyderabad

Experience: 5-8 years

Compensation: 9.5 Lacs + Sales Incentives

 

Staffing services & Solution sales (

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building client relationships, generate new business, and drive revenue growth in the IT/Cyber security/Analytics/Product engineering staffing and SaaS domains for (India/UAE/KSA/Apac Region.

 

  

Key Responsibilities: -

 

Promoting CIS Services via Digital & Social Platforms - Actively promote Cyber Identity Solutions' (CIS) offerings—such as staffing services, RPO, IAM project services, and IT talent solutions—across social networking platforms and professional apps.Leverage platforms like LinkedIn and job boards to run targeted campaigns, share success stories, and highlight service capabilities.

 

Inside sales & cold calling: - Strategic Outreach required to Targeted Industry Verticals: Focused cold calling campaigns directed at specific industry segments including IT Tier 1/2/3 Enterprise companies in Cyber security, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, and IT Services organizations.

 

  

New Client Acquisitions & Relationship Management: -

 

A. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic outreach.

 

B. Understand client staffing requirements and deliver tailored solutions that align with their goals.

 

C. Develop and implement acquisition strategies to onboard new clients across targeted industries and verticals.

 

D. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication and value-driven engagement.

 

E. Conduct regular client meetings to stay aligned with evolving hiring needs and business priorities.

 

F. Expand the client portfolio by exploring new sectors and verticals.

 

G. Track client feedback and satisfaction ratings post-service delivery to continuously improve service quality.

 

H. Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, and rate cards. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance - (Contract/Permanent/RPO/Project services)
