Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (International) located in Vadodara. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans. Additional tasks include market research and analysis, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met. This role may also involve attending industry conferences and networking events to expand the company's reach.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Research skills
• Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in preparing business proposals and presentations
• Understanding of software development processes and technological trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the IT or software industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
