Business Development Manager (International)

In this role, you will be responsible for generating IT business through various bidding portals such as Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelance, etc. You will also need to make cold calls, chat, and send emails to explore new business opportunities and interact with clients. Your main tasks will include exploring and developing new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and handling basic CRM software like Bitrix24, Zoho, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Generate IT business via bidding portals - Make cold calls, chat, and email to explore new business opportunities - Interact with clients to understand their requirements - Handle basic CRM software like Bitrix24, Zoho, etc. - Conduct market research and survey/competitor analysis Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Knowledge of international and domestic bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. - Strong understanding of customer app and web development needs - Ability to generate qualified business leads - IT background in web development, web design, graphic design, app development Additional Company Details: - Self-starter & self-learner preferred - Male candidates preferred - Full-time job with work from office requirement - Minimum qualification: Graduate - Location: Kolkata - No bar for the right candidate - Minimum 10% instant hike & above - Morning, day, evening shift available - Immediate joining (remote/hybrid) - 6 days a week work schedule with alternative Saturday off Please note that the job type is full-time, and the work location is in Kolkata.
