Business Development Manager (International)

As an IT Business Development Executive, your role will involve generating IT business through bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, and Freelance. You will also be responsible for making cold calls, chats, and emails to explore new business opportunities and interact with clients. Additionally, you will need to explore and develop new business opportunities, understand client requirements, and work on client acquisition. Handling basic CRM software like Bitrix24 and Zoho will be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Generate IT business through bidding portals - Make cold calls, chats, and emails to explore new business opportunities - Interact with clients to understand their requirements - Develop new business opportunities - Handle basic CRM software like Bitrix24 and Zoho Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Knowledge of international and domestic bidding platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer - Strong understanding of customer app and web development needs - Ability to offer relevant solutions and services - IT background in web development, web design, graphic design, and app development - Ability to generate qualified business leads - Conduct market research, surveys, and competitor analysis In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company prefers candidates who are self-starters and self-learners, capable of picking up processes and techniques through self-study. Male candidates are preferred for this position. This is a full-time job based in Kolkata with the option to work from the office. The minimum qualification required is a graduate degree. The company offers a minimum 10% instant hike and above, with morning, day, and evening shifts available. Immediate joining is required, either remotely or in a hybrid work setup. The work schedule is six days a week with an alternative Saturday off. There is no bar for the right candidate to excel in this role.,
