Job Description

You should have effectiveness in verbal and written communication. A Masters degree in business administration with a specialization in human resources is required. Alternatively, a Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resource Management, Labor relations, or organizational development will be considered. Proficiency in MS office and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is a must. You should have knowledge of performance management, safety practices, compensation strategy, and talent acquisition. Experience in building a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and engagement is desired. You should be capable of analyzing and compiling employment data to guide strategic planning. Knowledge in Total Quality Management (TQM) and value addition in Organic Organizational Development will be preferred. This is a full-time job that requires working from the office in Kolkata. The minimum qualification required is a graduate degree. There is no bar for the right candidate. You can expect a minimum 10% instant hike and above in salary. Different shifts such as morning, day, and evening are available. Immediate joining is required with options for remote or hybrid work. The work schedule is 6 days a week with an alternative Saturday off.,
