Job description: Plan, allocate, and supervise daily finishing and packing activities as per production schedule. Ensure smooth workflow between stitching, finishing, and dispatch sections. Maintain daily finishing production reports and coordinate with production planning for targets, Inspect finished garments for workmanship, measurements, and appearance as per buyer specifications. Coordinate with quality assurance (QA) for inline and final inspections. Identify and reduce defects or rework in finishing. Lead and manage finishing staff, pressmen, helpers, and packers. Train finishing operators on handling of garments and proper ironing, folding, and packing techniques. Ensure correct labeling, tagging, and barcoding as per buyer requirements.
