Job Description

1.Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times and improve processes. 2.Develop and implement methods to improve workflow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. 3.Work closely with production, quality, and planning teams to streamline operations. 4.Analyze layout designs and recommend improvements to optimize space utilization and process flow. 5Monitor and evaluate production performance using KPIs (e.g., efficiency, utilization, SMV). 6.Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 7.Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, 5S, Kaizen). 8.Implement line balancing to achieve optimal workforce and machine utilization. 9.Support new style developments and set up production lines accordingly.
