We are a Delhi-based recruitment consultant, and our reputed client, a leading Textile Mill located Gurugram, Haryana  is urgently looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer.

Reporting to:
Managing DirectorKey Result Areas / Responsibilities:Analyze, improve, and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining and improving product quality.Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity planning.Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across departments.Oversee weaving and woven dyeing operations in a continuous mill process.Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and compliance parameters.Focus on production efficiency, process improvement, and resource utilization. Experience & Background:Minimum 10+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering within the textile mill sector.Strong knowledge of weaving, woven dyeing, and printing processes (continuous type).Should have worked in mill units only not in batch or miscellaneous textile processing setups. Qualification:Diploma / Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field. Person Specification:Male candidate, aged 3545 years.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective in planning, coordination, and process optimization.
