Job Description

Finishing Operations:

Supervise daily finishing activities including thread cutting, pressing, tagging, folding, and packing.
Allocate manpower and monitor productivity in the finishing section.
Ensure garments are finished as per buyer specifications and standard operating procedures.
Monitor packing methods to avoid damage and maintain presentation quality.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality checkpoints during finishing and final inspection.
Conduct inline and end-line audits to detect defects and ensure quality consistency.
Coordinate with quality auditors, line supervisors, and production teams to minimize rejections.
Analyze rejections and take corrective/preventive actions to improve quality.

Coordination and Documentation:

Coordinate with production, merchandising, and stores for timely delivery and quality approvals.
Maintain reports on rejections, defects, audit results, and daily finishing output.
Support third-party and buyer quality audits and ensure compliance with required quality standards.
