Job Description

Assist in development of home furnishing samples (cushions, runners, quilts, etc.) for export buyers.
Coordinate and follow up with a sampling team, embroidery department & handwork artisans to ensure timely development.
Develop and maintain digital libraries of samples, embroidery swatches, trims, and buyer references.
Support in embroidery / surface embellishment development as per buyer mood boards & trend forecasts.
Assist occasionally in garment sampling (approx. 10% of work) Source trims, fabrics, embellishments, and new materials from local vendors when required.
Participate in design exhibitions, trade shows, buyer presentations & collection setups.
Prepare tech packs / design sheets / design presentations in Adobe Illustrator / Procreate / Canva.
Maintain full documentation of sampling status & design archives for buyer reference and internal coordination.
