UX/UI DESIGNER

You will understand the requirements, notions, and perspectives of users/customers in a fast-paced working environment. You will be responsible for creating user-based designs/templates, user flows, wireframes, and mock-ups. Your role involves converting user requirements/concepts into systems/patterns/style-guides with an attractive design base. You will create proactive UI elements, designs (originals), troubleshoot UX constraints, and ensure responsiveness. Working as a team player, you will deliver quality work with timeliness. Implement a customer-centric thought process and incorporate customer feedback with quick turn-around. Mandatory Skills: - Demonstrate expert knowledge in UX and Front End Development. - Possess working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. - Display extreme intelligence, innovation, and activeness. - Be a self-starter and self-learner, familiar with tech-savvy techniques through self-research. - Have relevant coding or technical solutions skills with a unique approach to internet search. Desired Skills (Not Mandatory): - Basic knowledge in HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap/Responsive Design. - Exhibit good leadership skills, capable of guiding other developers when necessary. - Proficiency in at least one of these languages - Hindi, English, or Bengali. Education: No specific bar. Experience: Experience requirements are flexible. Preferred Skills: - Strong understanding of project management and data analysis. - Proficiency in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications. - Exceptional research and reporting skills. - Working knowledge of applicable laws and industry standards. - Excellent financial management skills to optimize the given budget. - Stay updated with market trends, movements, and innovations. - Excellent communication skills for presenting new ideas and strategies to enhance planning processes. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Educational qualifications include BSC.IT, BSC.CS, BCA, MCA, B.TECH, M.TECH, or any graduate.
