Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bidding on platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and Guru, with a proven track record of winning projects and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, PPH, and Guru.
• Draft and submit persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Negotiate project terms and pricing.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and track progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive.
• Proven success in securing projects on Upwork, PPH, and Guru.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
