About The Opportunity

A growing player in the Interior Design & Commercial Fit-Out sector, delivering end-to-end design, workplace transformation and turnkey fit-out solutions for corporate, retail and hospitality clients across India. The role is heavily client-facing and on-site, focused on converting design interest into signed, deliverable projects.

Primary title (standardized): Business Development Manager - Interior Design & Fit-Out

Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition across commercial interiors, hospitality and retail verticals by identifying, qualifying and converting high-value leads.
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal & BOQ coordination, commercial terms negotiation and contract closure.
  • Prepare and respond to RFPs/tenders; coordinate with design, estimating and procurement teams to deliver accurate scopes, competitive pricing and timely proposals.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM, deliver reliable revenue forecasts and regular performance reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate with design and project delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and maintain client satisfaction through pre-sales and transition phases.
  • Represent the business at client sites, industry events and stakeholder meetings; lead commercial negotiations to close deals profitably.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to work on-site frequently, attend client meetings and perform regular site visits across India.
