Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the Tech domain. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven sales success, preferably within the PropTech sector, a deep understanding of technology-driven products, and a passion for innovation in the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the Tech sector. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements; effectively communicate product benefits to clients. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress against targets, adjusting strategies as necessary. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the PropTech sector will preferred. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets with quantifiable results. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and innovation-based products; ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of making data-driven decisions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
