Key Responsibilities

1. New Client Acquisition & Empanelment:

  • Identify and target potential clients for IT and non-IT requirements across various industries.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve empanelment with large enterprises, MNCs, and government bodies.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, qualification, proposal development, presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing client SPOCs, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, understand their evolving business needs, and position our services as the ideal solution.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and act as a liaison between the client and internal delivery teams.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes in both IT and Non-IT sectors.
  • Provide feedback to the leadership and marketing teams on client needs, market dynamics, and the competitive environment to help shape service offerings.

4. Proposal & Contract Management:

  • Develop compelling and customized proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses that effectively address client requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company policies.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Proven track record of

    5-8 years in business development or sales

    , with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Direct experience in securing new clients and achieving empanelment

    with large organizations.
  • Strong experience in selling both

    IT services

    (e.g., software development, staffing) and

    Non-IT services

    (e.g., BPO, consulting, manpower).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good-to-Have:

  • Existing portfolio of contacts and relationships with key SPOCs in target industries.
  • Experience in a service-based industry
