🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
✔ Expertise in handling H1B, OPT, EAD, Green Card, and USC candidates
✔ Familiarity with VMS portals, ATS, and job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work in night shifts (EST time zone)
