Job Title: Support Engineer – Industrial Automation Location: Mumbai and Hyderabad Experience: 4+ Years Qualification: B.E. or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics (E&E) / Electronics & Communication (E&C) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer with a strong background in Industrial Automation and Control Systems. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, conduct on-site commissioning, and troubleshoot PLC/SCADA/HMI systems. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about automation and field service. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote technical support for PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems. Install, configure, and commission instrumentation and automation systems. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in industrial control equipment. Work closely with engineering/design teams to deliver tailored automation solutions. Conduct preventive maintenance and system performance audits. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and issue logs. Deliver customer training on products, usage, and first-level troubleshooting. Assist the sales team with technical inputs during pre- and post-sales phases. Required Skills and Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. Minimum 4 years’ experience in the industrial automation domain. Strong working knowledge of Omron and Fuji PLC/HMI systems. Familiarity with other brands such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, or ABB is a plus. Experience with HMI/SCADA software configuration. Familiarity with industrial sensors, actuators, and control panel wiring. Ability to read wiring diagrams, control schematics, and P&IDs. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
