Job Summary

At III Studio, we are a multidisciplinary design and architecture studio known for crafting bold, functional, and emotionally engaging spaces. Our work spans residential and commercial experience-driven environments. With a design-first approach and a growing portfolio, we’re constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity and collaboration.We’re a young and energetic team that values innovation, storytelling, and meaningful partnerships. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for design and can help translate our creative potential into new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities for commercial and residentials properties.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agencies, and property agents.
Conduct client meetings and coordinate with the internal team to understand their requirements and propose suitable designs.
Represent the company at events to enhance brand presence, build networks, and drive business opportunities.
Maintain a database of client’s communication, sale reports, leads and prospects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
2- 4 years of experience in business development or sales (Design firm or Real Estate industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills; self-motivated and effective both independently and in a team environment to achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proficiency in Canva is a plus
Must have a personal vehicle for field visits. Open to outstation travel for business meets.
