Position Overview

Team Lead / Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the B2C/B2B sales and business development operations in the Patna region.
• Develop partnerships with colleges, coaching centers, and corporates for collaboration and lead generation.
• Create and implement growth strategies to boost enrollments and revenue.
• Guide and manage a team of counselors or field executives to meet regional targets.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to promote our tech programs.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure a high conversion rate from inquiries to enrollments through effective follow-ups.
• Regularly report progress to senior management and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in

  EdTech sales/business development

  , especially in professional training or certification programs.
• Strong understanding of domains like

  Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Java, Digital Marketing

  .
• Proven leadership or team-handling experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance-based incentives.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or relevant technical field.
