We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives in the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients, partners, and referral sources.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase the firm’s market presence and client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to create tailored proposals, RFP responses, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track business development activities and client interactions.
  • Plan and coordinate client events, networking opportunities, and sponsorship activities.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Prepare business development reports and performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or client relations (experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
