Position Overview

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Manage and oversee territory sales operations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the assigned territory, ensuring financial targets are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of
5 to 10 years
of experience in business development or sales management.
Proven experience in territory sales management and revenue generation.
Strong skills in P&L management and sales operations.
Excellent team handling and leadership abilities.
Demonstrated success in lead generation and cold calling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time availability with a day schedule and on-site work mode.
