Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the aerospace market, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the aerospace industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities and initiatives.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the companys offerings.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on business development strategies and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong understanding of the aerospace market, including key players, trends, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
