Established in April 1999, it is India’s first state-of-the-art project for the cottage sector, aimed at facilitating international marketing and trade. The venue spans over 58 acres in Greater Noida and includes a unique combination of Trade Marts, exhibition and convention facilities, business centers, and more. IEML is equipped with modern technology and world-class amenities, making it an ideal venue for international business-to-business exhibitions, conferences, and other events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and networking with prospective customers creates new business and increases sales growth.
• Maintain revenue target for domestic market.
• Overlooking pre-show meetings to communicate trade show events in accordance with objectives and marketing strategies.
• Creating marketing plans for attendees and exhibitors, developing sponsorship opportunities, generating leads, and analyzing results.
• New business revenue generation through aggressive exhibitions sales
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
• Negotiable and close agreements with Clients
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs.
• Liaise with marketing and product development department feels deemed fit from time to time.
• Any other task as deemed fit by Organization

Qualifications & Skills

• 3 to 4 years of experience in event sales preferably Fintech events, conferences and seminars
• Basic understanding on Fintech landscape in India and globally
• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple events/projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and event‑management software.
