Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
Identify and target potential clients for conferences, meetings, and events.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable packages and solutions.
Provide accurate and timely information on facilities, pricing, and availability.
3. Proposal & Negotiation:
Prepare and present customized proposals for clients.
Negotiate commercial terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
Close contracts in line with company policies and targets.
4. Coordination & Execution:
Liaise with operations, F&B, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of conferences.
Ensure client requirements are met during the event planning and execution phases.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, proposals, and sales conversions in CRM systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and present performance updates to HOD.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in conference or event sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of conference facilities, AV requirements, and event operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
