Role Description: Assistant Manager / Manager – Exhibition Sales (Space Selling & Sponsorship) Key Responsibilities: Drive sales for exhibition space and sponsorship packages at IEML’s high-profile events. Identify, approach, and secure new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing exhibitors and sponsors. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets. Collaborate closely with marketing, event management, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Represent IEML at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Ideal Candidate Profile: 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, or media. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
