Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for all front office tasks including check-in, check-out, managing reservations, registering guests, welcoming guests, providing information about the hotel, handling client complaints, and collaborating with other departments to ensure guest needs are met. Key Responsibilities: - Perform all check-in and check-out tasks. - Manage online and phone reservations. - Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay). - Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms. - Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities. - Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests" needs. - Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure that guest needs are met, and operational issues are addressed promptly. - Monitor and manage office supplies and materials. Reorder supplies as needed and keep track of inventory levels. - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and organizational skills. - Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus.,
