Position Overview:

B2B Sales Associate


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the corporate gifting segment.
  2. Identify and approach potential corporate clients including enterprises, institutions, and organizations.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across targeted industries.
  4. Understand clients’ gifting needs, preferences, and budgets to offer tailored solutions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams including product and marketing to optimize offerings and client proposals.
  6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, pitches, and proposals that clearly communicate our value proposition.
  7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships.
  8. Monitor industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
  9. Provide regular updates including sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management.
  10. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the corporate gifting or similar industry.
  • Deep understanding of the corporate gifting landscape and client behavior.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in events as required.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to business development.
