About Company We are a leading provider of premium trophies, awards, and corporate gifting solutions, known for quality craftsmanship and customized designs. As we expand our client base in Gurugram, we are looking for a dynamic Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team. Role Overview You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and representing us in client meetings across Gurugram. Key Responsibilities ✅ Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate and institutional sectors ✅ Meet sales targets through consultative selling and client relationship management ✅ Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations ✅ Maintain up-to-date client records and sales reports ✅ Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction ✅ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Requirements ✔ Experience: 2–4 years in Sales / Business Development, preferably in B2B industries. ✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ✔ Willingness to travel locally within Gurugram for client meetings. ✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive. ✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
