We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager with 6 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in liabilities, branch banking, and business development. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Manage and lead a team of branch bankers to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive BFSI landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve overall performance. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Job Requirements Proven experience in business development, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on liabilities and branch banking. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and stakeholders. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.
