Position Overview

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets such as Industrial, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Commercial sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and government bodies.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, capability presentations, and technical submissions.
  • Coordinate with the estimation and project teams for bid preparation and tender submissions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and project announcements to identify potential business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage client follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Represent Ellora EPC at trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Management (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in

    Business Development / Sales in EPC, Industrial Construction, or Infrastructure

    sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the construction/project life cycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Work Schedule

  • Working Days:

    Monday to Saturday
  • Timings:
