Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing businesses in US.
Interact with clients on daily bases and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil.
Collaborate with US IT recruitment team.
Be accountable for revenue targets / Client relationship management.
Building accounts with contract staffing needs and ongoing support.
Plan and execute new marketing initiatives to build the business. Upsell & Cross sell in our existing accounts.
Should be able to build and grow the sales team.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Manage market research, business research, database building & management, business opportunity analysis, lead generation etc.
Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently.
Hands-on business development experience in recruitment industry is mandatory
Hands-on experience in acquiring US clients from US market for US staffing is mandatory
Strategy development, Planning and Reporting
Demonstrated and proven sales result
Go-getter with a strong passion for Sales/ Business Development

Preferred candidate profile

Very good understanding of the business deliverables.
Possess over persuasion and negotiation skills
Excellent relationship building and networking skills
Having Good understanding of IT / Software skills and Technologies.
