About the Role

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the UK RPO sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
Develop tailored proposals and solutions that align with client hiring needs and business challenges.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and contract closure.
Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.

Key Requirements

Proven track record in business development or sales within the RPO, or recruitment industry.
Strong knowledge of UK recruitment market dynamics, compliance, and workforce trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with CRM tools and business development reporting.

Preferred Skills & Experience

4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the UK RPO market.
Ability to craft compelling value propositions and solution-driven proposals.
Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach.
