As a Business Development Manager at MadHawks, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team of Mad brains who rely on data-driven insights to deliver successful business ventures. MadHawks, a boutique digital marketing agency, focuses on maximizing ROAS for businesses through personalized monitoring on SEO, influencer-driven social media, and revenue-based performance marketing. MadHawks, founded by Ravi Kumar, is rapidly growing and specializes in providing ROI for early-stage start-ups, brands, and app-only businesses in various geographies such as India, Dubai, the US, Canada, Indonesia, and South Africa. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and contribute to the agency's growth. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential clients and partnership opportunities, generating leads through networking and various channels, and winning new business to achieve revenue targets. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, writing compelling business proposals, and managing the sales process from lead generation to client success. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing, along with a proven track record of at least 3 plus years in sales or business development roles, preferably in the digital marketing industry. You should possess strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools, willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, and the ability to identify new upsell and cross-sell opportunities are essential for this position. By monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making at MadHawks.
