Job Overview:
We’re looking for a high-performing sales professional who can drive consistent revenue by onboarding new clients for our digital marketing, influencer marketing, and brand strategy services.You’ll be responsible for planning and executing a sales strategy that brings measurable growth and strong business relationships.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & OutreachIdentify potential clients via LinkedIn, cold emails, WhatsApp, and networking platforms.Research and target businesses in industries like D2C, tech, beauty, gaming, retail, and startups.Maintain a steady pipeline of high-value leads and opportunities.Client ConversionPitch JST Growit Digital’s services and value proposition effectively.Create customized proposals, packages, and pricing decks as per client needs.Close deals and ensure a monthly revenue of ₹10–15 lakh through new projects and retainers.Relationship ManagementMaintain strong client relationships for renewals and referrals.Coordinate between marketing, creative, and influencer teams to ensure project delivery.Strategy & ReportingBuild and execute a clear monthly sales strategy and revenue plan.Track KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and optimize campaigns for better conversions.Collaborate with the founder to set and achieve quarterly targets.Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing / agency / SaaS sales.Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer campaigns, paid ads, and brand building.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Target-driven with a growth mindset and ability to work independently.Proficient in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation platforms.Perks:High incentive structure (percentage-based commission on each deal closed)Freedom to build your own team once consistent targets are met.Opportunity to work directly with the founder and grow into a Head of Sales role.Performance bonuses and recognition rewards.
