Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Senior Sales Manager at JST Growit Digital. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and drive the team towards success.

Qualifications

  • Sales strategy development, business development, and revenue generation skills
  • Experience in managing and leading sales teams
  • Client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Data analysis and sales reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing is a plus
