Graphic Designer + Founder's Office Intern

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Founder’s Office Intern who can seamlessly manage multiple responsibilities across different functions like operations, marketing, HR, partnerships, and business development. As part of the Founder’s Office, you will work directly with the leadership team, get a front-row seat to the startup journey, and play a crucial role in executing strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Business Operations: Assist in daily operations, project management, and cross-functional coordination.Marketing & Sales Support: Help plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns, assist with lead generation, and customer communications.HR & Recruitment: Support hiring activities like screening candidates, onboarding interns, and maintaining documentation.Partnerships: Research, identify, and initiate conversations with potential partners, brands, and influencers.Content & Communication: Draft emails, presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Research & Strategy: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare reports for decision-making.Founder Assistance: Handle confidential tasks, scheduling, and coordination for the Founder’s meetings, travel, and key priorities.Requirements:Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (any stream).Strong multitasking skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.Basic understanding of MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and a willingness to learn new things every day.What You’ll Get:Direct mentorship from the Founder and core leadership team.Real-world exposure across multiple business domains.High growth potential with possibility of a full-time offer.A dynamic, challenging, and supportive work environment.Certificate of Internship and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion.
