Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar Territory: Odisha & Peripheral States Experience: 4–5 years in software sales and business development, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or team lead role Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum About the Company Premiere EdTech is a rapidly growing educational technology company delivering smart, scalable solutions to schools, colleges, and educational institutions. Job Summary We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Manager with strong leadership skills and a solid background in software sales. The role is key to driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and expanding our market presence across Odisha and nearby regions. This is a leadership role that requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and untapped market segments within the ed-tech space Lead, coach, and manage the Inside Sales and Telecalling teams to exceed targets Oversee revenue generation from inside sales and telecalling channels Optimize sales processes, scripts, and strategies to improve conversion and average deal size Monitor the sales pipeline and forecast revenue; take action to reduce risk and capture opportunities Drive lead nurturing and conversion strategies to acquire new customers Travel within Odisha and neighboring states for client meetings, events, and partnerships Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events Prepare sales performance reports and share key insights with senior management Qualifications and Skills 4–5 years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise solutions Proven ability to lead and scale sales and tele calling teams Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia Persuasive with excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities Experience developing and executing successful sales strategies High energy, confident, and self-motivated with a positive outlook Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel frequently across target regions MBA or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Bhubaneswar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Are you comfortable with the mentioned salary range ?
