Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Office management and day-to-day operational coordination
Oversee department team members to ensure effective performance
Support hiring processes, onboarding, and continuous employee training
Create and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals
Delegate tasks, assign projects, and monitor progress for timely completion
Act as the liaison between internal departments and external partners
Manage allocation of resources, equipment, and office funds efficiently
Evaluate workloads and reassign tasks when required
Facilitate training sessions for new and existing employees
Lead negotiations within the team and across the organization
Represent the company in formal meetings and professional engagements
Mentor team members to support both personal and professional growth
Guide employees in skill development for enhanced job performance
Identify, resolve, and control internal or external conflicts or disruptions
Address customer or client escalations professionally
Track employee activities, progress, and identify barriers to task completion
Collect market and competitor data and communicate insights to the team
Implement company policies and ensure team accountability
Enforce rules and discipline when necessary while maintaining fairness
Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive organizational information

Key Requirements:

Graduate or Master’s Degree
3 to 5 years in a relevant role in Visa Industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong research and analytical abilities
Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) approach
Risk management capability
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Time management expertise
Data analysis skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Computer and digital literacy
Communication, data management, and analytics skills
