Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Sales & Business Development


    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth in the EdTech sector.

    • Identify and close new business opportunities through

      prospecting, networking, cold calling, and lead generation

      .

    1. Client Engagement & School Visits


    • Conduct school visits and deliver impactful

      product presentations and demonstrations

      to Principals, Management, and Decision-makers.

    • Showcase solutions like

      Smart Panels, 3D Labs, Innovation Labs, Robotics & Coding, and Digital Libraries

      , aligning them with institutional needs.

    1. Stakeholder Management


    • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients (schools, government bodies, corporate clients).

    • Understand client requirements to provide

      customized solutions

      ensuring customer satisfaction.

    1. Collaboration & Strategy


    • Work closely with

      Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams

      to ensure alignment of sales goals with business objectives.

    • Analyze

      market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies

      to refine offerings and identify new opportunities.

    1. Negotiation & Closure


    • Handle end-to-end sales cycle with

      effective negotiation and deal closure skills

      at senior management levels.

    • Ensure favorable terms for both clients and the company.

    1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting


    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and present progress to senior leadership.

    • Stay updated with

      industry trends, emerging technologies, and educational policies

      to maintain a competitive edge.

    Job Details

    • Job Type:

      Full-time, Permanent

    • Experience:

      Minimum 2–5 years in

      B2B Sales / EdTech Sales (preferred)


    • Location:

      In-person (Pan India travel may be required)
