Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Lucknow. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the creative team to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves attending industry events, networking, and staying updated with market trends. Qualifications Strong business development, sales, and account management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven experience in market research and formulating business strategies Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Knowledge of the creative industry and an understanding of various production processes Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Show more Show less
